Biography
Romina has nearly 20 years’ experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on pricing and product development of Fixed and Fixed Indexed Annuities. Romina’s previous experience includes rotations in product development and enterprise risk management at Aviva (now Athene), leading Fixed and Fixed Indexed Annuity product development at Nationwide, and leading the Retail Life and Annuity Pricing & Design teams at F&G. Romina is currently the Retirement Product Officer at F&G, leading the product management, product development, and pricing & design teams for F&G’s Retail Annuity products. She is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries, a Member of the Academy of Actuaries, and has a B.S. in Computer Science and Mathematics from Northeastern University.
Romina joined the Board of Directors for the Organization of Latino Actuaries (OLA) in 2023, after volunteering with OLA since 2018. Romina previously served as the Director of Community Engagement, where she supported OLA’s relationships with industry, affinity, and community partners. As President, Romina is dedicated to furthering OLA’s mission of empowering Latine actuaries to lead and shape the future of the profession.
