Biography

I am a Principal at Mercer, a global leader in health, wealth, and career consulting. My primary focus is on Mercer’s Health & Benefits practice with a deep understanding of the complexities of employee benefits. In my role, I work closely with clients to develop innovative benefit programs that align with their business objectives and meet the unique needs of their workforce. I believe that a well-designed benefits program can have a significant impact on employee satisfaction, retention, and engagement.

I actively engage and volunteer with the Organization of Latino Actuaries (OLA) and proudly serve on the Loyola Marymount University Alumni Board of Directors.

During my educational curriculum, I completed student-exchange programs in Costa Rica, Spain, Germany, and Austria. Additionally, I’ve participated in eight international rugby tours!
