Biography

I am a Manager with PwC specializing in Mergers and Acquisitions under our People in Deals team primarily focusing on both pre- and post-deal HR transaction needs such as equity payouts, benefit harmonization, compensation alignment, executive arrangements, 280G analysis, among other HR-related needs. I also serve as Subject Matter Expert in Employee Benefit strategies for our domestic and global clients.

As part of my professional commitment, I find it very important to increase Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the actuarial consulting community. This has led me to serve with organizations such as the Organization of Latino Actuaries (OLA) and the Latino Inclusion Network (LIN) at PwC. Separately from my consulting responsibilities, I also have the pleasure of serving on the Loyola Marymount University Alumni Board of Directors.

I received my MBA from San Diego State University, MS in Statistics from the University of Massachusetts, and BS in Applied Mathematics & Spanish from Loyola Marymount University. I am an Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA), member of the American Academy of Actuaries (MAAA) and Fellow of the Conference of Consulting Actuaries (FCA).

As a passionate traveler, I completed student-exchange programs in Costa Rica, Spain, Germany and Austria and had the pleasure of participating in seven international rugby tours.
