Enrique Schulz is a Senior Consultant with Deloitte Consulting under their Human Capital practice. His specialty focuses on self-funded medical and Rx coverage by assisting clients in building cohesive employer-benefit solutions. This includes actuarial and financial reports, forecasting of medical and Rx liabilities, benefit disruption/enhancements in employer population, claim migration analysis, PBM management, IBNP projections, among other services. Prior to Deloitte, Enrique worked as an actuarial consultant with Towers Perrin (now Willis Towers Watson) and Mercer Consulting. He also served as the National Solution Owner for partnership between his consulting firm and a third-party carrier specifically designed to meet the cultural and linguistic needs of Spanish speakers in the United States.
Enrique is an Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA), Member of the American Academy of Actuaries (MAAA) and Fellow of the Conference of Consulting Actuaries (FCA). He holds an MBA from San Diego State University, MS in Statistics from the University of Massachusetts, and BS in Applied Mathematics and Spanish with Minor in Business from Loyola Marymount University. During his spare time, Enrique serves on the LMU Alumni Board and is a member of the Chicago Touch Rugby team.
